Sal's experience in real estate began with his own investments and managing multiple properties in his personal portfolio. After navigating through his own set of challenges and gaining the perspective that real estate can be used as an investment tool to increase one’s overall net growth, he was inspired to help others achieve the same in real estate investing.
His experience in real estate investment sales with Compass has involved brokering and management of over $50MM in assets throughout the New York City area and South Florida. With a background in real estate development, zoning & market analysis, and infrastructure design, he has the unique skill set to put complex deals together.
As a designated Certified Insurance Counselor and a merged partnership with Acrisure insurance partners, he has a deep understanding of risk management and investment management that lead to high success rates in investment returns. His experience with asset types in his current portfolio and recent projects include multi-family buildings, opportunity zone funds, luxury housing, industrial properties, alternative energy land use, and retail investments.
