RECENT DEVELOPMENT:

Our development team identified a new project in the sought-after neighborhood of Red Hook, Brooklyn in early 2023. The tree-lined Coffey Street is right off the bustling Van Brunt Street where some of New York City’s trendiest restaurants and coffee shops are located. New construction townhomes were in short supply and very high demand in the immediate area, and we set out to deliver a unique, luxurious product that is unparalleled in the Red Hook market.

After thorough due diligence and assembling the right development team for the project, we were out of the ground by the summer of 2023. The project encompasses two beautifully designed townhomes with multiple onsite parking spots, a full backyard, and a walkout rooftop with skyline views.
